At Academy International, we appreciate the positive aspects that come with playing chess, which is an important part of our proprietary development and education program. From grade 4 onward, students can develop their chess skills in a wider range of extra-curricular activities.

Chess is a powerful stimulus for development, a desire to gain knowledge. The very first experience of castling on the board shows the beginner chess player that he could have avoided many mistakes and even losing a game if he had familiarized himself with previously developed and known theoretical innovations and rules. This is how the desire to learn the elements of new combinations and pitfalls initially arises, which then develops into a need for in-depth study of chess theory.

The essence of chess absolutely does not correspond to random moves: for every ill-considered move, a chess player can suffer the loss of a good position of his figures and lose the game.
