The upbringing process and our supportive role in the child’s family, besides providing care and a high level of education, are the foundation of shaping the personality of a young person. Establishing the most coherent and systematic cooperation between us and the family aims to build a close relationship, trust, and support the comprehensive development and upbringing of the child.
By supporting the development of a positive child’s personality, we focus on fostering independence, initiative, building self-trust, discovering their strengths, and shaping internal motivation.
Educational activities are carried out based on the proprietary personality development program „PRO.” We invite parents to cooperate, supporting them in developing parenting skills. We organize various open days, meetings, and consultations.

The period of middle childhood falls between the ages of three and six. It is not only a time of intellectual development but also a period of intense emotional growth. That’s why it is crucial for us to take care of children’s emotions at this stage.
Starting preschool is a significant step in a child’s development. It is a time to establish first relationships with peers, learn cooperation in a group, discover oneself, and explore one’s strengths. It builds self-trust and trust in the external world, shaping a sense of security.
In our care, a child has the opportunity to experiment, make mistakes, and develop through experience.

Close relationships, building trust, fostering independence will cultivate a positive attitude towards the world, oneself, and others in the child. Our „aunts” in nursery and kindergarten groups are warm, smiling, caring, and above all, love working with children.
That’s why they can „communicate” even with those who don’t speak much yet. Thanks to the dedication and experience of caregivers and teachers, the youngest ones feel safe with us, willingly participate in common activities, slowly learn independence, and how to function outside the family home.
Our team consists of people for whom working with children is a passion, and with empathy, they follow the needs and capabilities of each of the charges. They base their modern workshop on excellent psychological and pedagogical preparation and internal training from our proprietary method of development and education.
