What does the process of adaptation to the Academy International bilingual pre-school look like? What do we do to ensure the child adapts quickly?
In our bilingual pre-schools we implement our own adaptive program "Smiling preschooler". In August, the child and his or her parents participate in a two-day, two-hour meetings with the tutors. In September, during the first few days of the child's stay, the parent or a designated guardian may participate in courses at the facility together with the child.
Each Parent / Guardian participates in all activities and games that take place during this time in the facility, so as not to disturb the group's work and the sense of security of other children whose parents could not be present during adaptation days. The educator decides how long the adaptation period lasts taking into account the individual needs of the child.
