AI Healthy lifestyle program supports students in building a conscious life

It combines the development of physical activity, shaping healthy eating habits along with taking care of oneself and our planet.

It teaches balance, also supports in building awareness in young people on how to be sensitive and attentive to their own needs and those of others.

Additionally, we support students in developing sensitivity by jointly organizing and participating in various charity events and fairs.

  • We offer students healthy, nutritious, and tailored meals to meet their needs. They ensure good well-being and proper development. That’s why the menu is so important to us.

    In the Academy International menu, only those meals that have passed a positive test in our schools are permanently featured, meaning those that students happily finish off their plates. Taste is the primary criterion for our meals, but not the only one. Menus are balanced, and meal portions are adjusted to the age and needs of young people. The menu heavily relies on seasonal products, changing throughout the year, allowing students to discover new flavors and enjoy the abundance of seasonal fruits and vegetables.

    The aesthetics of the dishes we serve are also important to us. We strive to incorporate elements of the Healthy Lifestyle program by developing students’ sense of taste and the aesthetics of meals. We mostly use our own products prepared in our kitchen.

    We take into account the dietary needs of students: dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, and pork-free.

  • It is commonly said that sport is health. The right amount of physical activity from an early age strengthens the body of a young person and gives them the power for self-realization. However, engaging in any kind of physical activity brings many more benefits. Sport not only improves our health and fitness but also has a positive effect on our mood. People who have been instilled with movement from an early age and who move even a little but regularly have more energy, better mood, well-being, and self-esteem.

    Physical exercises make us feel happier. Additionally, exercise influences reducing the level of stress, anxiety, and nervous tension. It also enhances the ability to learn, creates new neural connections in the brain, affecting the growth of creative thinking. Engaging in sports also boosts self-esteem, which is associated not only with improving one’s figure but primarily with increasing belief in one’s own abilities.

    Thanks to regular sports activities, our entire body is strengthened, and immunity increases.

    Despite feeling tired after a workout, we usually have more willingness to continue with other activities. It also has a positive impact on organizing our time better. However, to engage in sports, a young body needs fuel. Therefore, it is crucial to introduce good dietary habits from an early age. Being in an environment that systematically promotes healthy habits makes a young person subconsciously reach for healthy products over time.
