Success is making our life what we want it to be. It is also experiencing change, growth, and progress. We carry out the mission in a professional, close, partnership-oriented, and proactive environment.

We are building our community based on values that serve as a compass guiding our actions.
We have identified six key values, ensuring, among other things, the development of future competencies, which are a guarantee of success for our entire environment.
- Success – together with our Team, Children, and Parents, we create a success-oriented environment that we all care for together. Everyone is important and needed.
- Quality – we strive for high standards every day in terms of care, upbringing, and education level.
- Development – we have always had our eyes wide open, constantly looking ahead.
- Respect – every person and every situation is unique to us.
- Competence – it is the key to knowledge, development, action… to the world. We support our charges in developing skills that will contribute to building self-confidence and a sense of agency.
- Communication – we think, feel, and act coherently. We practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC). We listen. We are open.

The world is changing. Young people who will complete our education in a dozen or so years will already be living in a different reality. They will face new challenges.
At Academy International, we are already supporting children in developing future competencies, preparing them for life in the modern world and the changes that have taken place in it.
We focus on development and support young individuals in building their personalities based on competencies and strengths such as: self-confidence, emotional intelligence development, shaping critical and creative thinking, collaboration skills, flexibility.
Based on these competencies, we have developed proprietary educational programs. We have focused on creating an environment where students can develop through experiencing and actively practicing.
